Colonies are nonhemolytic. Aerobe. Growth occurs at 22-37 ºC.
Isolated from from the cerebrospinal fluid of a child with meningitis. Resistant to streptomycin, chloramphenicol, and tetracycline.
Undetermined; may be a cause of meningitis.
