Genus Pseudomonas, Pseudomonas persica Keshavarz-Tohid et al. 2019.
Gram-negative rods. Motile by a single polar flagellum. Non-spore-forming.
Colonies are fluorescent on King’s B agar, approximately 3 mm in diameter, circular
and convex with an entire margin. Grows at 15-37 ºC (optimum 28 ºC), optimum pH
7.5 and in 0-4% NaCl. Aerobic.
Isolated from rhizosphere of bean, Khorasan Razavi province, Iran.
Undetermined.
